1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.vonnritter.de, or by placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or make a purchase.

VonnRitter is a registered business based in Germany, operating an online store powered by Shopify. For any questions or correspondence, you may contact us at kontakt@vonnritter.de. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, or that you are making the purchase under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. You also confirm that all information you provide during the ordering process is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders where we have reason to believe eligibility requirements have not been met.
4. Products & Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, textures, and descriptions accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes. Such variations do not constitute defects. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payments are processed securely through Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet. Promotional discounts and offers are not combinable with other promotions unless explicitly stated at the time of the offer.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract between you and VonnRitter is formed only upon the dispatch of your order, at which point you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock discrepancies. If payment has already been taken and we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued promptly.
7. Cancellations
Due to our fast-paced fulfilment process, cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at kontakt@vonnritter.de. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please wait for delivery and follow our standard returns process. Approved refunds following a return will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on www.vonnritter.de, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to VonnRitter and is protected under German and international intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without our prior written consent. VonnRitter is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any third-party brand.
